Baldos II the most fuel efficient car in Sweden
januari 22nd, 2010
The bright red mini-car Baldos II, designed and built by the students at Luleå University of Technology, is the most fuel efficient car in Sweden today. It consumes 0.065 litre/10 km and that makes it the least thirsty car in Sweden at the moment.
On just 1 litre of fuel the car can travel 152.2 kilometres. The team behind the car will take it to Lausitz, Germany in May to compete in the Shell Eco Marathon at the beginning of May this year. The latest tests prove that Baldos II will most likely be part of the top performing cars in the contest.
