Projektengagemang Geographical Information aquires GeoSupport

GeoSupport Scandinavia AB is becoming part of the consultant group Projektengagemang. Thanks to the acquisition,  Geosupport will now be able to maintain a core business with a continued focus on customer value and create new opportunities for further development.

- Being part of Projektengagemang Geographical Information and thereby gain access to their expertise and breadth of geographic information management enables us to grow locallly and take on new and bigger commissions. Our current range of services in GIS & Geographic IT will be retained and strengthened. We are looking forward to working together with the 400 employees of the corporate group and to gain from the skills they possess, says Lars-Åke Nyström, CEO of GeoSupport.

The acquisition is positive from multiple reasons for Projektengagemang Geographical Information.

- We will become an even stronger and more complete supplier of services in GIS & Geographic IT. Becoming present in Sweden’s GIS Centre in Lycksele is very beneficial and interesting. We want to develop the business in Lycksele further. Our office there needs to be strengthened with additional consultants, the idea is to offer the  full range of  Projektengagemang Geographic Information’s services from there, says CEO, Jonas Lind.
